my instagram account got hacked and this was the picture which helped me getting it back. Someone took over my instagram account and I don’t know how that happened, but instagram has a fast process of getting it back. One of the steps to verify it’s you is posting a picture of your face with both hands holding a hand-written piece of paper with some information. I keep the picture here for reference because I believe some human is then comparing this picture to pictures in your account. I recommend everybody to post at least one mug shot of theirselves just in case it’s happening you. #hacked
